Lupe's has several locations all around the Houston area. They are generally a well run group that provides good training for a relatively consistent experience with service and food. This location is not the best, having struggled a bit since COVID. But they are getting better, and a solid choice in the Sienna area. The margaritas are good... The skinny margarita is a good balance of not being too sweet. You will get a good traditional Tex Mex experience here, complete with the decor and music. The patio is nice when the weather is nice. A great spot to grab a margarita on a Friday afternoon. The food is alright, a little hit or miss. The fajitas are excellent.
Went in for dinner tonight and everything was fantastic. We ordered two plates, the Juan & the Chong, both were served piping hot and were delicious. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for our service. Shayne was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. Excellent visit tonight

Throughout our dining experience, Jackson maintained open communication with my husband and me, addressing every inquiry we had in a prompt and efficient manner. If he was unsure of a particular response, he took the initiative to investigate and provide a timely follow-up. It is truly rare to encounter customer service of this caliber, and I felt compelled to acknowledge the outstanding service we received.
First time and loved this place. Exceptional service!!! Will definitely be added to my restaurant list! The strawberry margarita with Tajin was AMAZING! The queso with fajita beef was super tasty! And the RIBS??? I don’t even remember ever liking ribs until now. Definitely recommend!
We came in around 4pm on a Tuesday during happy hour. Everyone was nice as soon as we walked into the restaurant. It was very clean as well as the restrooms. The drinks are really good and strong. Our server Imade was excellent he checked on us numerous times even replaced our chips and dips twice without us asking. The only thing I didn't like was the entrees took a while to come out, maybe because my husband ordered the rib plate but it was well worth it once we got them. It was very large portions! Enough to take back home for a second meal! Everything tasted like authentic Mexican homemade food! The meats had a nice chargrilled taste and very tender, falling off the bone! We will definitely be back!

We wanted to try something different. The ribs are spectacular! You wouldn't think about a Mexican restaurant having one of the best ribs I have tasted. The Chipotle sauce can be on the side if you don't like it spicy. Our server Samantha was very on Q. She was very attentive and complied with our order and anything else we needed. It was a pleasure eating there.
Was very good, amazing service. Food was great, enjoyed my first time eating here and will likely return for more.
